Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The item must not be a perishable, food, or consumable product that has been opened
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened food products, teas, spices, herbs, or dried foods
- Opened oils or herbal products
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
